Cat Desk Bed - Rattan

My babies love this cat shelf! Attaches securely to my table by the window and they can enjoy the morning light, afternoon sun, or just be lazy. The durable metal arm and clamp fit tightly to the table with the attached screws to twist and clamp it down. The padded rubber stickers on the clamp surfaces keep the wood table dent and scratch free. The included white fluffy pillow is soft and washable on delicate and I hang to dry. Currently using a heated bed on the shelf because it’s cozy for winter, will switch back to the white pillow for summer. Overall a great way to spoil your babies, keep them near, and give them enrichment…I would recommend this product to others, as it is a good value and fits into my decor seamlessly.

The BEST cat desk bed - I love it! This thing is a beast, so SOLID! You can feel the weight. Nothing cheap here. The tubing is incredibly strong. It was so easy to put together. They provide the tool and it only took less than two minutes and kitty bed was ready to attach. I don't have a desk that will work with this. However, I love giving the kitty's plenty of places for cozy beds. I get a bit creative to where I can add a bed. So I attached this to my old cast iron Singer sewing machine base. Needless to say being cast iron this was a great spot for it. Because the clamp allows for the thickness of a desk, and the iron top is thinner, I simply added a small round wooden block to ensure it tightens all the way. They even include pads to protect your desk. I love this because of the wicker basket which is so well made. I use a ton of wicker in my home so it blends nicely. The bed size is plenty big enough for my chonky kitties! And the removable cushion is so soft and washable. Love everything about this, you will not be disappointed. Even the price rocks! I may have to get another to replace the little bed on our kitty tower.

I've had the product installed on my desk for a little while now, and overall I really like it. The construction seems sturdy, and it solidly attaches to my desk. I appreciate that the pad is removable because my cats actually prefer it without the pad! I think it's because they like rolling/rubbing against the basket walls. With the pad in, there are no wall edges above the pad. I wasn't expecting the pom toy, but that was a nice surprise. My cats love that, though that means I do still have to keep the desk underneath the basket clean otherwise anything there goes right to the floor when they play. Might be nice to have the option to make it removable in case I want to store things there (after all the point of this is to save space on my desktop) instead of having to permanently chop it off if it becomes a problem. This is taking the place of an actual basket I had sitting on my desk before, so in that regard it hasn't really been a space saver.One critique would be to have the diagonal arm be longer so I could position it more out of the way. The way my desk is constructed, the back paneling is flush with the desktop so I have to attach it to the front side of my desk, and the arm isn't really quite long enough to swivel it completely out of my way.

This cat desk bed is exceptionally designed and well made using high-quality materials. It is quick and easy to put together with excellent instructions. It is so well thought out, it even includes pads to protect the finish on your desk. It holds in place securely and my cat loves it. I would give it 10 starts if I could.

It is very heavy duty, much more so than I was expecting. That made me feel good about it being sturdy for my cats. It was pretty easy to assemble. We had a lot of trouble getting it to fit on my desk. The place it needed to fit is 2” wide. I didn’t look at the product details ahead of time, so I don’t know if it listed the maximum size desk it would fit, but hopefully it does. I know I saw a minimum width, but I didn’t look that closely about maximum. My husband was able to get it to fit by taking off the lower pad (I figured it was better if the underside of the desk took the chance of getting scratched) and using muscle and a hammer to get it on. Definitely it needs a desk less wide than mine!I have had it on for 6 days now. Pros: one of my cats (one who likes to walk across and hang out on my desk) has gone in it multiple times already. He was curious as soon as it went up. He still likes to walk across my desk, but he will sometimes pick to settle in the bed after a trip across, and has been resting less on my workspace. The bed is very cute and sturdy/well made. My cat who has been using it is about 15 pounds, and the bed doesn’t wobble at all. He’s a pretty big boy, and it’s big enough for him. He likes the little toy that hangs off. I appreciate that the cushion is removable so I can clean it. I like that it sits up off my desk, because that keeps my desk clear for other things.Cons: didn’t fit well on my desk, but definitely could be a “me/my desk” problem. Also since it’s high up, my other cat who loves to sit on my lap who has mobility issues can’t get into it. But I think even if she could get up there, she would just much rather sit on my lap or in my desk chair with me, which isn’t great for me, but she loves. I can’t think of any other cons.Overall great item!
